Colt Ford is hospitalized after suffering a heart attack shortly after performing a concert in Arizona Thursday night. He had just finished playing Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row, according to a note from his team.
Colt has battled multiple health issues in the last in recent years, including eye cancer and an autoimmune disease called Myasthenia Gravis.
