Jelly Roll wrote and released “Run It,” the only original song for the third installment of the beloved franchise, Sonic the Hedgehog 3, which opens in theaters everywhere on Dec. 20.
He co-wrote the new tune with OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder, DJ David Guetta, and songwriter Sean Cook.
It’s an upbeat song that showcases Jelly Roll’s versatility once again, striking a balance between country, pop, hip-hop, and electronic.

Sonic 3 also features Ben Schwartz as Sonic, Colleen O’Shaughnessey as Tails, and Idris Elba as Knuckles along with live-action performances by Jim Carrey, Shemar Moore, and more!
