Taylor Swift made quite an impression at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City.

Fresh off wrapping up her whirlwind Eras Tour she’s beginning her downtime by meeting with patients at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City.

Taylor visited kids in the hospital on the hematology and oncology floors. Hospital employees say that she spent at least an hour meeting children and fans. Taylor also sang to and with, the patients.

She also adorably posed with a service dog named Jelly, who lounged by Taylor’s side in the snap.

One of the patients Taylor dropped in to see said the visit was one of the most unexpected surprises ever. (see Facebook link)

Taylor is in Kansas City to visit her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, ahead of her 35th birthday Friday.
