According to The Associated Press, the royal couple and their children – Prince George, 9; Princess Charlotte, 7; and Prince Louis, 4 – are relocating from London to Adelaide Cottage in Windsor, the palace announced in a statement Monday. Starting next month, all three youngsters will attend Lambrook School, the statement added.

“Their Royal Highnesses are hugely grateful to Thomas’s Battersea, where George and Charlotte have had a happy start to their education since 2017 and 2019, respectively, and are pleased to have found a school for all three of their children which shares a similar ethos and values to Thomas’s,” the statement read, according to Reuters.

The family’s new home is a short walk from Windsor Castle, where William’s grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, has lived during the coronavirus pandemic, the AP reported. Although Buckingham Palace is still considered the 96-year-old monarch’s official residence, some outlets are reporting that she intends to stay in Windsor, according to the news agency.

William, who is second in line to the throne, and the duchess, formerly known as Kate Middleton, will continue to use their Kensington Palace apartment as a working base, the AP reported. The pair, both 40, also have homes in Norfolk and Scotland, according to the news agency.
